I personally don’t think one is better than the other. It all depends on what you want your end result to be.
Precision Nutrition is geared more towards fitness professionals with an emphasis on fitness & sports nutrition, whereas, the Institute for Integrative Nutrition does not necessarily call for a background in fitness and has more of an emphasis on holistic nutrition.
I think either program has potential benefits, it’s up to you in what you’re looking for.
You may want to ask yourself some questions like:
– how much time do you want to spend on a nutrition program?
– what are the costs?
– what kind of clients do you want to work with?
