I am looking to add an online “business” or revenue. Similar to that of like a Beachbody coach or something like that. Where are good places to look for jobs or nutrition companies to work with? How do I know if a business is credible or real? I want to add something in addition to online and in person training. Any suggestions?
You can check sites like the Better Business Bureau or Yelp and also testimonials from clients so you to make a well rounded decision. As far as businesses to look into, it all depends as to what is it that you want to do to earn a second income. Personally, I wouldn’t sell any product unless it’s something I REALLY believe into and not just because it’s the latest big thing or promising wonders (there are many that fit this category and they are not all that).
If you are looking for some additional online revenue, you could run your own fitness challenge for 6, 8, or 12 weeks. With Spring and Summer around the corner, people will be motivated to make changes, and you will have control over the programming yourself. Just something to consider to make additional income on your own–and be your own boss.
If you are to join another company for added revenue, I would personally be careful, investigate, and look for red flags. Keep in mind that you will most likely be selling a product or service, and therefore you must believe in it and have a passion for it yourself. Also, if there are claims to make a lot of money fast, that would be a red flag.
Best to you and good luck,
Hello Jennifer Landry,
You could post what you are looking for right here on IDEA; this forum.
Have you tried your local business groups? You could also contact SCORE.org. What about contacting registered dietitians? Local natural food stores have many contacts.
I hope this gives you some ideas.
