Im starting a 24hr gym. Anyone know where to find membership contracts or an outline?

Looking for an outline or somewhere to find a contract, I can’t afford to pay a lawyer to write one.

Have you searched for other 24 hour gyms online? They may have an agreement form online that you could base your agreement on, but doing so does not guarrantee that the agreement is legal sound. While you may think that a lawyer is too expensive, needing one later because you saved money initially, could be much more expensive.

If you can’t afford to pay a lawyer to write a contract, are you certain you can afford to open a gym? That’s a serious question, not intended to be flippant. You have a lot of expenses to start up a gym, so if you are having to skimp on them, perhaps you’re not ready to launch.
