Nutritional science is going backwards – Weeding through it with a fine tooth comb is what is necessary. Understanding what expected you to believe and knowing what is right is the what needs to be done with this industry. Paul Chek has figured it out so he is a great resource. However, NSCA-lift – still follows nutritional research which is heading in the wrong direction similar to nutritional programs and certifications.

Fuel the Movement,
‘Nutritionist’ is a descriptive term that isn’t regulated so choose carefully. As mentioned current ‘recognized’ nutritional training is based on government standards which isn’t serving us well. I am currently enrolled in an online program through Hawthorn University. They are working to become accredited which will bring value and recognition to their programs and degrees. They have different levels of training and may be a good place for you to start. Good luck!
