MyFitnessPal.com is a great FREE app & website that allows clients (or yourself) to enter stats & food diary for a macro-nutrient breakdown. Plus, it allows them to add their exercise 🙂
There food data-base is vast! I have used many and usually have to add many foods because they are not options. ENJOY!
