I’ve never heard of them, but did a 30 second browse of their website. I think I saw the word “cleanse” 10 times. In any case, I always emphasize proper nutrition with clients first. The only supplements I would consider are: multi-vitamin, fish oil, whey protein, and creatine. Perhaps I will add to this list, but I don’t even recommend anything more than the first two with 95% of clients.
Most people looking for a “cleanse” don’t eat fruits, vegetables, and diet with considerable variety. If they did, they probably wouldn’t want to do a cleanse.
