theres a picture of what one looks like. This piece of equipment is nothing more than a waste of time in money. It offers no support for the neck and the fact that the user has to grip the handle with no elbow support simply makes this an ineffective exercise. This machine ecourages users to “cheat” by using their arms to pull the weight, rather than contract their abdominals.
Well, since everyone already took most of the good one’s, i’m taking the Smith Machine. 95% of the time members/clients use it incorrectly and are better off using some other modality to achieve similar movements (squats, bench press, etc). Given it has it’s purpose (especially for advanced clients), most beginners should steer clear.
