As others have said – it depends on many things. If you’re working at a facility as an employee, then you should be covered. If you are an Independent Contractor & have disability insurance, then again, you’re covered. But it starts to get complicated when you’re an IC who doesn’t carry disability/workman’s comp insurance & gets injured.
