Ideas for small group training

Circuits are a great option, as others have mentioned. Since you like yoga / bodyweight exercises, as well as loaded (weight) training.
I envision a 4 station circuit with a loaded push, a loaded pull, a bodyweight push (whether yoga or non-yoga) and a bodyweight pull / back exercise. Go through the circuit twice.
2 minutes of HIIT drill.
Then another circuit, perhaps loaded squats, loaded abduction, bodyweight squats (chair pose if yoga?), bodyweight abduction.
2 minutes of HIIT.
Loaded core. Loaded adduction. Bodyweight core. Bodyweight adduction.
2 minutes of HIIT.
And then if there is time, go back through and do each circuit one more time, or do a 4th circuit.
