Hi Brinda. Conduct circuits! This will keep everyone in the group moving (thus a a cardio component) while performing strength, conditioning and flexibility exercises. Pipe in some good upbeat music and you’ll get, and keep, these folks moving.

Exercise programming and sequencing is included in all of the nationally recognized certifications for this industry. I noticed you are not a certified trainer,(or have not listed it?) albeit this is not a mandatory factor, however, it would really help you with setting up programs such as the one you are inquiring about.
