Along with the suggestions you already have, look for businesses that are closed when your class takes place. If it is an early morning class or an evening class there are a lot of businesses that might be willing to lease to you less expensively. And I didn’t see physical therapy locations as a suggestion. They may be interested in your arrangement as they usually have a decent amount of space and usually operate 9 to 5 or 10 to 6.
I was running into the same problem when I first started out. Keep searching, some Dept of Rec centers will lend you their space. You always have the outdoors options too. After opening my studio, allowing outside trainers and instructors was one of my biggest priorities after going through this! Good luck and keep looking…
