The exercise program for someone with scoliosis is dependent on a number of factors and the severity of the spinal curvatures. You would be wise to get not only clearance from this type of clients physician, but also recommendations on such things as contraindicated exercises, recommended exercises, and various vectors of applied force that need to be avoid.
If you are good with biomechanics, you should be able to see from the clients xrays, points along the spine that may be susceptible to impingements if a load was applying force at certain angles. A great many people with scoliosis have no problems with the majority of exercises someone without this issues perform.
