I learned that a vegetable/fruit named chayote is high in protein and it contains 7 of the 9 essential amino acids. What’s even more, it is low-fat and low calorie.
It’s quite tasty too.
I think Creatine can be a very nice supplement for all the vegetarians. It leads fat free mass in the body and helps in muscles growth and recovery. It also recovers damaged cells and muscle tissues and provide great strength and stamina. I am a vegetarian and I have used Creatine Freak for muscle growth.
