I’m on a budget, so I’m hoping to find some healthy meal solutions that are inexpensive, and a weight loss program that doesn’t require joining an online program or a gym. I’m a young college student on a college student’s budget. Any advice would be helpful. I want to turn my life around so that I don’t die at a young age.
When you get out of college and have a better income, you might want to invest in your health and fitness by seeking the advice of a registered dietician and a fitness professional. I see you asked this question some time ago. If you are now a graduate and working professional, are you giving your services and information to people for free? If you are, then get back in touch with me. I will give away my eight years of college and thirty years of continuing education advice for free to people that do the same for under privileged clients. I applaud those that gave free advice, but as to whether you were able to implement it without any other guidance, well that is another story.
