I would like to purchase some software so that I can easily provide pictures for the clients.
Thanks. I’d just like to get a program that I can use on my computer to make paper copies of exercises to hand out to clients like physical therapists do. Sometimes I’ll assign clients and exercise or two do do at home or on vacation and it would be much nicer and easier than drawing out examples. And since clients don’t always travel with computers or IPads, emailing with a video attachment using this site isn’t always practical. I have some clients who still prefer to get a few pieces of paper to tuck into their luggage. Thanks again. Susan

Hi Susan. Are you asking about including your OWN photos or those from a canned program? If you own a digital camera, and can take your own exercise photos, then the easiest (and most cost-effective) way would be to simply download the photos to your computer and then insert them into your own Word document. You can then add your own instructions/notes. I use this method in things like my newsletter and it works great.
I hope that this helps.

Please don’t knock this until you try it. I have always found great success using stick figures as anatomic examples. You can draw them in any posture you wish and use action lines (ie. arrows) to dictate motion. It works ramarkably well with yoga, weight training, and aerobics. If you ever want some stick man drawing tips just let me know. I believe I have it down to an art/science by now. Save each of these in a paint file then just copy and paste as needed. I know you don’t want to draw it out but you only have to do it once, and you’ll save ink on your print outs.
