I have learned over the years to multi-task and the need to constantly make lists on paper or in your head on what needs to get completed. I have not learned to clear my mind and as I start menopause, I only sleep ~4 hours a night. I am hoping that through meditation I can learn to clear my mind and improve my sleep.
meditation is one way to start, and I have a link here to a web site which I often recommend to friends: http://www.collagevideo.com/searchresults.aspx?type=all&search=meditatio….
You do not mention whether you are currently engaged in an exercise program. To many people, exercise in its many forms is also a stress reliever and sleep inducer. I am a MELT instructor, and many of my students in classes and personal clients have reported improved sleep as a result of regular MELT.
I hope you will be able to steer yourself on a better course and wish you a good night’s rest.
