I would like to find out more research based on resistance bands/tubing and it effectivness.
Hi Marietta. There are definitely many benefits to using elastic resistance, in the form of bands and tubes, on improving strength, endurance, balance, coordination and core strength. I have been using resistance bands and tubes for years and love them! I would suggest conducting a very simple Google (or whatever search engine you prefer) search with a search question like “what are the benefits of resistance band/tubes” or “exercising with resistance bands/tubes…” This should give you a plethora of results that you can cull through and read. As with any research, be careful of the ‘source(s)’ that you read from as information on the internet or any medium is only as good as the source.
