Any advice on how to teach this style of class would be welcomed. I will be teaching a group ranging from 30’s, 40’s and 50’s – they are very fit and dedicated. The last instructor who quit taught a HIIT style class and they loved it so I thought Tabata would be a good addition to their program.

I would call the class something else. You have many options to choose from; such as a HIIT session. You could look into Tabata Bootcamp for permission.
