I’ve had trouble with two of my certifications coming through to show up on my IDEAfit profile. Both times, I called IDEA. Their suggestion was that it was an issue from the certifying end and I had to call the certifying body. Sadly, I have done that, deleted the certification, and re-entered the certification to try pinging the certifying body another time, but neither issue has cleared up. I think there are some glitches in the system that they might not know how to fix.
it is my understanding that this is under the control of the organization that has certified you. I would contact them.
However, sometimes things can be hung up, and it may help to re-submit those certifications for verification.
