What I’ve learned so far is that Kelly Bullard occasionally does trainings in your country. Can you go to zumba.com, then go to “find an instructor”, and then type in Kelly Bullard? There should be a contact email for her and you could ask when she will be training next in your area. If she’s not the ZES for your region she could tell you who it is.
