I started jogging and my thigh muscle became huge so I stopped and they got smaller but now I have cellulite, should i diet?

I’m not sure of your complete classification of “diet” but in order to minimize cellulite you have to start with a clean diet filled with a balanced amount of meats, veggies and fats. Dr. Axe also has a great article explaining supplements, foods and other natural remedies to help with cellulite!
