While it has been a while since this posted, I would voice my concern that proper recovery does not seem possible under the stated volume of training. I would recommend speaking with a fitness professional about training volume and rest/recovery. And a Registered Dietician about fueling for proper training results.
To truly find your required caloric intake, you would be best to talk to a nutritionist or an RD. I am certified in nutrition and I perform what is called an RMR for majority of my clients. To perform an RMR without the proper knowledge of calorie percentages though, can lead you to a deficit or even a surplus. So, make sure to talk to a nutritionist/RD. And Joanne brought up a very good point about overtraining syndrome. Rest is just as important as nutrition and exercise.
