Hi Lara. First things first 🙂 What are your ‘particulars” (age, current body fat numbers etc.)? The goal of ‘losing body fat,’ like any other fitness goal, depends on your starting point. Are you currently within healthy limits etc.? Once that’s been determined then next steps are to look at what you’re currently doing in terms of diet and exercise.

Have you been tracking Calories accurately? Most people either don’t track what they eat, or they tend to under report their intake. Combine this with losing weight, which has the potential to lower your metabolism slightly, and you have a plateau. As you get to a lower body fat percentage, you really need to dial things in to continue to make progress.
