so I take it that you can see the top portion of your abs but not the bottom part? That is the part of the body that is the most difficult for women to make visible.
My colleagues have some good advice. It is always advisable to eat well and keep your weight and body fat under control but the famous six packs are unattainable for most women even when we are very fit and lean. Don’t be fooled by photographs of models. The girls are often underweight, and the pictures are photo-shopped.
Do you play any sports? At 18 years old and 119 pounds I don’t think you have to worry that much about your caloric intake. Hiring a dietitian would be a great help to you and also a trainer as well (to give you some guidance). Finding out your BF% would also be very helpful in order to make better suggestions (I suspect it’s probably in the teens).
