I teach both Zumba and Zumba toning. I really like both, but some of my students only like one or the other. I think they work well together for a total body workout. I teach a Zumba toning class on the Wed. of my M/W/F session. I really focus more abs and make sure I get each muscle group. I also teach a Tues/Thur afteroon session and I add in 3 toning songs during my Thur class. Students know they can bring their sticks if they want, otherwise many do it without the sticks. This is because they requested a toning class, but I was unable to get the studio time.
