I teach both regular Zumba and Zumba Toning formats. Some of my participants love Zumba Toning and some hate it! I think ZToning really appeals to people who love to dance and hate to do weight training but still want to take it up a notch from a regular Zumba class. It’s a nice transition for people from a straight dance based cardio class to a pure strength training class. Many of my participants will take my Zumba class and then Zumba Toning class back-to-back.
