I have painful neuropathy in my feet. What cardio exercises can i do at home to lose weight?
Hello Rebecca Ray,
I agree with eating well and finding a trainer to design a balanced exercise program for you. Have you tried myofascial release for the feet? You may do well on a bicycle; try different pieces of equipment at a fitness supply to see what works for you.
Take care,

My best advice to you is to visit with a trainer and have her/him do an assessment on you and then provide you with a fitness program/plan specific to your needs. Since we don’t know you it would be very difficult to give you any helpful suggestions without any proper assessment. The other think you might want to consider is to schedule a visit with a dietitian and have her/him help you with a dietary plan that is customized for you.
Cardio/strength and swimming are all great, but they will be more effective if they are done with persistency and they are also specifically customized for you personally.
I hope this helps.
OK, I read the part about you not having easy, consistent, access to a swimming pool.
Do you have access to a bicycle, or a stationary cycle? If you have a regular bike, there are kits that will convert your bicycle into a stationary bike by slightly lifting the back wheel. Then you could pedal a bike without the full weight of your body on your foot.
I do agree with others who have written that examining your food intake will make a huge impact on your weight loss.
