I have painful neuropathy in my feet. What cardio exercises can i do at home to lose weight?

Weight loss is about food intake rather than exercise.
Don’t get me wrong, there are MANY benefits to exercising but in order to lose weight you must take a look at your food choices.
Daily swimming would be great along with resistance training.
It would be great if you could find a personal trainer / health coach to work with you to formulate a plan.
