This is very unusual for IDEA. Someone usually gets back to me very quickly whenever I have issues.
Did you go through the “verify” steps on your account page? And if you did, are you sure that you submitted all of the information correctly?
And you said you called them 3 weeks ago, did you leave a message or speak with someone directly? I would call back. Some of the IDEA people do check this “answer” page, but I would keep trying if it were me.

It can also depend on where the information got lost. I have 3 different certifications that haven’t been verified. Each one appears to be a different issue. One says the agency is unavailable. One that I explored said that IDEA had sent the info out but the agency hadn’t come back to agree with the cert. The other one, the agency has told me that they haven’t received a “ping” from IDEA.
I’d like to say it was resolved quickly, but it’s been almost 2 years with Zumba Step and more than that for ViPR. Granted, I only tried each agency twice and then gave up. You might have better luck.
