Well, first off, If the pain persists for a while, I recommend seeking advice from your physician. Other than that, it could be pain due to overuse or DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness). If that’s the case, then give it time to rest and recover. After taking some time to rest, say a few days, see if it still hurts. if it does then go see your physician about it.
