I know you don’t want to hear this (I didn’t either at 17!) but you have to be a little patient – you’re young & Mother Nature probably isn’t done with you yet as far as growing naturally. My advice is to slightly increase your calorie intake (200-250/day) – with those calories coming from quality protein sources. Also, if you don’t already, you need to strength train. Talk to your coaches or to your Trainers at school & get them to hook you up with the right strength training program. Do that & let nature take its course Tyler – you should be good to go. Don’t be tempted by trying the easy way (you know what I’m talking about!) – that never has a good ending. Hard work will get you where you want to go – good luck Tyler & keep us posted.
