She loves using weigts in an all over body tone class…but the lunges tweak her knee. SHe cycles to keep flexibility in it…any suggestions that I can incorporate into group format other than lunges that would achieve the similar results?
Why is it that she can’t do lunges? Is there a physical reason or compensation pattern? Maybe just have her do step ups or body weight squats. Without knowing what the issue is, it really doesn’t matter what anybody suggests.
