I have a client who is struggling with leg cramps while he is training for his marathon. At about 15-18 miles the cramps muscle.

A contributing cause for leg muscles to cramp while exercising/running is often dehydration. Have your client read the following and incorporate a better hydration process, including electrolytes, to his running program.
