I have a client that has been with me for about 5 months. We are progressing in all areas except her in thigh. Any suggestions?

I field this question a lot from clients. I explain to them that there is no way to “spot train” and lose fat from one area. Fat is lost from the whole body. If your client is carrying adipose tissue on her inner thighs chances are genetics are at play here, or she carries extra fat all over and needs to change her nutrition.
