Hey Rodney! It’s awesome to see a professional taking the time and initiative to ask other professionals for input on an issue of concern. As we all know spot reduction at this time is not a reality (there is however, some data that suggests it’s possible but no one really knows how to use it yet). I would like to suggest increasing rep numbers to the 20’s or run metabolic circuits as these tend to burn more calories. Also adding suspension training exercises like the lunge where you have your client touch the floor with both hands on the down phase and raise to single leg standing. This is a very challenging exercise and is only appropriate if she is ready (obviously). Think high reps, high reps, high reps. Good luck with everything and keep up the great work.
