I had a question about the 2018 IDEA World Video Bundle ? whom could I ask to?

I bought a Class Video on 30th Jun. Then On 1st Jul, I bought the 2018 IDEA World Video Bundle on site (in front of grand Room D of Hyatt hotel) and tell the person of IDEA, she told the first Video order will be cancel. But I found the bill of those two orders still in my AE credit card bill. Could someone help me cancel the first order?
