So my BOD POD final numbers: 1963 Resting Metabolic Rate. Total Energy Expenditure for Sedentary 2513, for Low active 2964, and active 3416. I weightlift 3 x a week (newbie) and have the goal of building muscle. What would be a estimate for my calorie intake based on the Bod pod data?
Obviously you did this for a reason, so once you figure out what the numbers mean you can then figure out how to achieve whatever success you wish to achieve.
