I exercise 2 hours a day 5 to 6 days a week and I eat a low calorie diet. Why have I gained weight?
I run 5 miles a day at 7 min miles than workout with p903 i do the lean and mass program and I also do pox2 after that. I finish my wrokout with 30 min tracy anderson toning . My weight has gone up. I do not eat a lot of fat no grease foods and lots of veggies also I dont eat a lot of sugar. I dont understand why the scale has gone up. I dont eat more than 1700 calories a day.
Great answers. With all of your exercise it certainly wouldn’t be unexpected that your lean body mass has gone up. Body composition (% lean and %body fat) is a more important measure than scale weight, as Karin suggests. How are your clothes fitting? It’s a great subjective way to determine if your %body fat is maintaining, increasing or decreasing.
