No one can assess you via the internet. Find a fitness professional in your area and speak with them. I am not judging you, but this is the reality of weight gain. You cannot gain weight if you are burning more calories than you are consuming. It is not possible. You need to work with a fitness pro and if you want to lose fat/weight consult a dietician. Many people want quick easy answers, well that isn’t how life works. If you are ready and serious to find your answers, then you are ready to work with a professional in person and with your exact and specific needs being considered.
Great answers. With all of your exercise it certainly wouldn’t be unexpected that your lean body mass has gone up. Body composition (% lean and %body fat) is a more important measure than scale weight, as Karin suggests. How are your clothes fitting? It’s a great subjective way to determine if your %body fat is maintaining, increasing or decreasing.
