i am writing my blog on ideafit , i hought it would go straight to my face book, how can i do this or can I even do it???

It doesn’t look like you can do this – I just tried. In the blog settings they have an option that says “Link to my Facebook page” which is a bit open to interpretation. All it means is that they will show a link to your Facebook page in the right panel of your blog, not actually post your blog content to your Facebook page.
