i am new at this …are their copywright guidlelines if i just go to a site and pick the songs i like and mix them for my classes ..sorry to sound so da…but thats my question

Yes, it is legal. You don’t need permission to listen to music at home. I like to listen to loud music at home. When I buy an apartment in Ukraine http://en.clc.co.ua/buy-apartment-ukraine/, I thought that I would have problems, but no. Maintain time and all.

The other way is to have your students bring their own music selection. I like this idea as a way to motivate retention; let the participants take tuns with music selection.

The answer is covered here. Many of the sites will let you mix your own music, so check that out as well. It is possible to get music by the original artists, but that will cost more.

These fitness music sites are definitely the way to go. and you can chose your music based on BPM which gives you control over the tempo you want to work at.
