I am good for exercise ideas but need timing help! How long should each exercise be? 45 sec? 1 min? How can I make 15 people flow smoothly? I am thinking 1 min each…2 strength, 1 core then 2 mins of cardio. I need ideas! Thanks so much!
You can always do 45 secs of 15 mins strength, followed by 15 mins core (also 45 secs) end it with 15 mins abs. Or you can do 30 secs of work 30 secs recovery exercise (Like mountain climbers). Again as Harris mentioned “It all comes down to the fitness level of your participants.”
