I consider myself an expert in the areas of Health, Fitness, Nutrition/Weight Loss, Spiritual Teaching with regard to Body, Mind and Spirit. I am a group cyclist and traffic cycling safety instructor and an all around motivator, encourager and teacher. I am also skilled in social media marketing.

Lisa, I saw the video you posted on your profile page. Perhaps you might focus on one of your many skills and put together a small sample of your public speaking abilities.

Utilize the suggestions IDEA Fitness Connect encourages so that you receive more hits to your sites.

If you should decide to go that route you can always use your skills in social media marketing to reach out to different associations and organizations who might have interest in you.
