Great idea Cielo! Water exercising is really great for minimizing stress on joints and tendons, especially on seniors and those who may be more prone to injury. As for a certification maybe try WATER AEROBICS INSTRUCTOR CERTIFICATION from the American Sports & Fitness Association. It’s not too expensive and most likely not a very long program.
