The short answer is NO. The long form:
We are genetically programmed to grow to a certain height range. Yours may slightly vary depending on your parentage. There are currently no known height enhancing exercises in the sense you are thinking of.
If however you have a stooped posture and your mid back is kyphotic then yes with proper exercise you can reclaim some of your height, but it is height you already had. It won’t add height that wasn’t there!
