I am 14, 6’0 and 200 lbs, Mostly Muscle, I play football, and I am pretty fast and quick for my size. What should I play.

I would recommend that you work on developing your athletic skills as much as possible before beginning participation in any sport. Have you worked on speed and agility? Have you started resistance training? Start small and progress carefully. Even young and fit people should get physicians clearance for changing activity levels. Outside of these things, I would recommend hiring an instructor/coach. Without being there to guide you, I can’t offer more than the basic information.
