I tell them this is their baseline. This is how we’ll evaluate all progress going forward.
I also tell them, that the information I gather during the assessment will help me to create a plan that is specific to them. It gives me information on areas that are weak, too tight, postural issues and prior injuries that we need to be aware of. It gives me the information on what are starting intensity and exercise progression should be so they’ll continue moving forward.
Most people like the individual portion and that the results and resulting plan are specific to them.
