I have been training for the military for several years and I have the opportunity to leave for Army Basic Training in 3 weeks. How would you pepare for boot camp in your own way from week 1 to the last week before you ship off?
My current level of fitness for the push-ups, sit ups, and run is not that bad.
Push-ups – 106
Pull-ups – 21
2 mile run-11:14
My weakness would probably be rucking and soon I will be doing more work with my core before I ship off.
