You can go directly to ACE headquarters in San Diego if at all possible to buy the ACE Personal Trainer book a little less expensive. Take your time digesting all of the information in it, as it is very much like studying a college text book and you don’t want to take the test twice! Any hands-on; i.e. shadowing a good mentor in a gym, etc. is very helpful to put all of the book knowledge into realistic terms.
