How to wake up in a positive mood

Hello Patricia Longwright,
I wake up grateful that I am healthy and able to see, hear, touch, feel, smell and move. After taking in all those senses while thinking of loved ones, I do some stretches before getting out of the warm, cozy, comfy bed. This gets me going in the right direction for the rest of the day.
At the end of the day, I prepare for rest by vegging out with thoughts of the day and what I am grateful for happening.
Repeat.
Take care and get a good night’s rest while looking forward to the future.
